FF2008 and Battle Time!

The Evolution Band performed at this years Firm Foundations Festival on Saturday and despite a dissapointing turnout audience wise, were sounding great. The Band were featured beforehand on FF Radio but matters were not helped by having to delay the start of the set and by the poor planning of the organising committee - putting on bands on both the Big Top and V2 stage at the same time. However...we'll be back.

On a more positive note, the band have been offered a place in the first heat of this years Saffron Walden Battle of the Bands Competition. The band will be performing a 20 minute set of their own material next Tuesday (3rd June) at Saffron Walden Town Hall. Entry is £4.50 and doors open at 7:30pm, please come along and support.

Updates!

Hi Everyone

A lot has been happening since we last wrote!

As well as confirming our appearance at this years Firm Foundations Festival in a couple of weeks time (Saturday 24th May, 2pm V2 stage). We can also announce an invitation to appear at the Saffron Walden Carnival Worship Service on Sunday 6th July.

The new EP is now complete, artwork finalised and copies being burned as we speak - pre-order yours now by email (evo_sales@hotmail.co.uk)
